The arrow bangle and tag wraps have been with us almost as long as we started working with our artisan partners in Laos. The arrow is the past, present, and future in one -pointing forward without forgetting the past.  A universal symbol of courage and movement.

It is with this spirit that farmer-artisans in Laos began rebuilding their lives after the devastation of the Vietnam War, which left their land contaminated with 80 million unexploded bombs. Turning shrapnel and scrap into spoons, they inspired and lead a movement of reconciliation, transformation, and hope that is expressed through ARTICLE22 jewellery, worn and shared across the globe.

Each piece gives back to support traditional Laotian artisan livelihoods, village development, community endeavours and further de-mining efforts.
